Cynthia Podren has lawyered for 18 years in the joint areas of civil litigation and family law. A graduate of UCLA Law School, Cindy has served as president of Women Lawyers of Alameda County and as a member of both the Board of California Women Lawyers and the State Bar's Committee on the Administration of Justice.

Myron Moskovitz is a professor at Golden Gate Law School and a noted authority on landlord-tenant law. Formerly an attorney for the federal Office for Economic Opportunity and chief attorney for the National Housing Law Project, Myron was also appointed to the state Commission of Housing and Community Development by Gov. Jerry Brown. Myron is an experience appellate lawyer who appears before the U.S. and California Supreme Courts.
